Very good location and airport shuttle.

Restaurant was a little pricey.

This was a very good hotel. I would stay here again. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is about 2 blocks from the MAX line so you don't really need a car. The airport shuttle will drop you off if you ask them. There is a very nice mall right next to the MAX line as well. Quiet, comfortable and clean.

They didn't place my restaurant tab on my bill, so I had to wait 15 minutes at check-out for them to correct this.

Overall, quiet despite next to freeway. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The quiet atmosphere in the lobby, welcoming and calming.

Small thing really - housekeeping didn't replace the sugar/creamer packets each day as I used them.

Comfortable hotel in a central location in Clackamas. Easy to get to shopping, dining and practically anyplace within the Portland region.

Not one thing - it really is that bad.

Very poor service, filthy rugs.

This hotel is not correctly rated. It is a very poor facility, I had a terrible experience with the front desk checking in, the woman didn't listen to my requests, she stopped during the check in process to speak for almost 5 minutes with another person who was having trouble with his wireless internet and then gave me a room key which didn't work when I reached the room. I called her and she said I'd have to come back and get a new key, which I did, which also didn't work. Then I was moved to another room which happened to be right next to the highway, which was my primary concern when I checked in. I called her again and she denied that I had requested a room on the quiet side of the hotel. All in all, it took over 30 minutes to get into my room. And the rugs were stained.
